CANTUM has partnered with Sekolah Santo Yakobus to create a structured and sustainable approach for integrating GREAT Yakobian character development into the school's culture and management system.

In the first phase, we conducted a Baseline Report, which provided a comprehensive assessment of the school's current state and identified key areas for improvement. This process involved a detailed analysis of governance, academic processes, human resources, and institutional development. Based on this findings, we formulated strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening leadership, and ensuring the effective integration of character-based education into the school's systems.

Following the completion of this initial phase, CANTUM is continuing its collaboration with Sekolah Santo Yakobus in the next phase, which focuses on implementing and refining the strategies developed to drive log-term institutional transformation.
